shorthand for the general banality of personal web sites.
i mean, who really cares what my pets/cars/kids look like?
it's not as if these photos are so well-composed
that they stand on their own as works of art.
they're just a bunch of damn pictures of my dog.

so, morally speaking, i don't approve of this section of my site,
and can't condone my own actions in putting it up.

on the other hand, i think our dog is cute.

i suppose the correct way to resolve this dilemma
would be to spurt smoke from my head
in plumes of self-contradiction.
but that doesn't appear to be happening.

so anyway, if this kind of content offends you,
please feel free to leave now.
